Comes as a round or a sandwich loaf, your pick at checkout.

Keeps 3 to 4 days on the counter in the bag, cut side down once sliced. Freezes well for up to 3 months. Slice before freezing and toast from frozen. Don't refrigerate it, cold dries bread out faster than the counter does.

Organic Butlers Gold flour and whole wheat flour (stone milled at Barton Springs Mill), water, sourdough starter, sea salt.

Contains wheat. Not gluten free. Made in a kitchen that also handles milk, egg and pecans.

Pickup: Cedar Park, near Cedar Park Middle School. Exact address in your confirmation email. Friday noon to Saturday noon.

Local delivery: Cedar Park and Leander, $7. Free on orders over $100.

Orders in by Thursday noon bake that Friday. Later orders go into the following week's bake.
