Local delivery: Cedar Park and Leander, $7. Free on orders over $100.

Orders in by Thursday noon bake that Friday. Later orders go into the following week's bake.

Baked as a round loaf.

Keeps 3 to 4 days on the counter in the bag, cut side down once sliced. Freezes well for up to 3 months. Slice before freezing and toast from frozen. Don't refrigerate it, cold dries bread out faster than the counter does.

Organic Butlers Gold flour and whole wheat flour (stone milled at Barton Springs Mill), water, sourdough starter, sea salt, garlic, fresh rosemary.

Contains wheat. Not gluten free. Made in a kitchen that also handles milk, egg and pecans.
